The Operations Supervisor is required to manage the business unit’s delivery of services. It will also be expected that the incumbent develops and coordinates DTS operations; improves fleet systems and processes; and manages and motivates a team to excel to a level of high performance and driver service delivery. The incumbent will be accountable for DTS service level criteria and to ensure effective operations. To ensure ongoing optimization of employee performance, workflows, and case management system, as well as empowerment of employees. Overall, the Operations Manager will be responsible for fleet operations, client services, and the driver recruitment program.
Operational General Management
- Overseeing Driver Department and Fleet.
- Manage the Weekly trip analysis. • Driver manual and contract management and updates. • Weekly Management meeting with group and each manager individually (monthly) – minutes to partners.
- Oversee Driver training, recruitment programme, implementation, and training; driver shifting (peak vs off peak)
. • Accept ownership of all complaints and compliments.
- Filter/Hands over compliment/complaint to respective department for disciplinary action/coaching.
- Responds directly to client regarding any complaint that is raised – managed through email and CRM.
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all Cell Phone Devices/Cabinet.
- Quarterly Type form compliment/complaint report with feedback; manage CRM complaints system.
- Managing Cameras in offices and data downloads.
- Managing of info@roadtrip.co.za.
- Update Birthday SMSs on SMS Portal and manage credits on SMS
