Recruitment Officer [United Arab Emirates]


 
As a Recruitment Officer, your main responsibility is to identify, attract, and select suitable candidates for various job positions within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies: You will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for open positions. This may include using social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Posting job ads: You will be responsible for writing and posting job ads on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Screening resumes: You will review resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conducting interviews: You will conduct interviews with job candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and fit for the position.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for job candidates.
  • Performing background checks: You will perform background checks on job candidates to verify their employment history, education, and other relevant information.
  • Negotiating job offers: You will negotiate job offers with job candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
  • Maintaining recruitment records: You will maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including resumes, interview notes, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Psychology.
  • Must have extensive experience in recruitment ( experience in healthcare professionals is a plus).
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience as an HR & Recruitment Officer.
  • Organized and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Has great time management skills and can multi-task.
  • Responsible and can handle work pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible with a positive attitude.
  • Currently located/willing to be relocated to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
