Requirements
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum SMK education, preferably Diploma Hospitality graduates, Culinary School or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years ols experience in the same field position
- Required Western Cooking Skills
- Able to cook western set menu, a la carte
- Create and develop western set menu, a la carte & buffet menu
- Responsible for the food quality
- Controlling materials and needs in the kitchen
- Communicative, leadership, responsible, team work
- Full time position, willing to work in shift time
