  • Minimum SMK education, preferably Diploma Hospitality graduates, Culinary School or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years ols experience in the same field position
  • Required Western Cooking Skills
  • Able to cook western set menu, a la carte
  • Create and develop western set menu, a la carte & buffet menu
  • Responsible for the food quality
  • Controlling materials and needs in the kitchen
  • Communicative, leadership, responsible, team work
  • Full time position, willing to work in shift time
  • Placement in Gading Serpong area


Job Descriptions

  • Handle all food preparation, production and persentation to ensure consistency in food quality in accordance the procedures and food safety and hygiene standard
  • Manage and lead team in kitchen
