We are recruiting for a Warehouse and Logistics Administrator for our clients for the Meath area.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (following successful completion of probationary period)
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse and Logistics Administrator will be responsible for the undertaking of administrative tasks to assure that the highest possible service is provided to our customers.
Duties:
- Inputting of information to the warehouse management system.
- Compilation and communication of various customer reports.
- Various stock, good in/goods out related activities.
- Communication to Management regarding pickers progress, including the reporting of any issues.
- Dealing with customer queries by telephone, email and in person.
- Effective liaison with colleagues to enable completion of tasks and the distribution of relevant information.
- Warehouse invoicing and other ad. hoc accounts related activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience within an administrative role
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Well organised and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with good presentation ability.
- Be conscientious and be able to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of accuracy and be willing to take responsibility.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good problem solving and organisation skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of the haulage and logistics industry.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (however, training will be provided)
- Experience of logistics/warehouse/sales administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €30,000.00 per year
