Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

• Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Manager Financial & Mobility Services has full responsibility for managing the business area of Financial & Mobility Services within PCEE and is based at the office of PCEE in Prague.

• Overall responsibility for the quantitative targets in the area of Financial Services
  • Penetration
  • Fixed Cost
• Overall responsibility for the development of Mobility Services with focus on
• Rental and Subscription offer
• Fleet utilization

• Sales and Marketing
  • Responsible for all Financial & Mobility Services activities within PCEE
  • Develop and launch
    • Corporate Financial & Mobility Services products (e.g. Porsche Financial Services, Porsche Drive) with consideration of PFS global standards and strategies
    • special financial services initiatives for supporting car sales together with the importer and the service provider
    • dealer bonus schemes and salesmen incentives/special award programs in order to foster dealer loyalty
    • CI compliant marketing/PoS material and advertising campaigns
  • Actively manage the development and implementation of dealer specific action plans to address deficiencies in target completion or the resolution of other pertinent issues
  • Support and train retail organisation regarding financial services products
    • Develop training concepts
    • Successfully coach retail organization
  • Ensure PFS presence in the Porsche authorized retail organisation
    • Visit authorized retail organisation
    • Participate and represent PFS in dealer events of the importer
  • Actively manage
    • Financial & Mobility Service activities in coordination with the service provider and the importer
    • The relationship to the service providers and ensure adequate service levels according to premium product expectations
  • Conduct market research and surveys regarding pricing, products, and processes of competitors
  • Ensure alignment between PFS and importer activities in PCEE
  • The integration of an omnichannel customer journey for Financial & Mobility Services with consideration of Porsche systems and processes (e.g. CRM integration, Porsche Finder)

• Operations
  • Responsible for the quantitative and qualitative targets in the area of Financial & Mobility Services
  • Manage all operations with the service provider to maintain adequate service levels
  • Manage Financial & Mobility Services business in line with PAG/PCEE/PFS Group Standards and Policies
  • Support in preparing FS relevant documents for PCEE Management Committee and Unitholder Meetings
  • Ensure that all conducted Financial & Mobility Services activities are in line with local regulatory and legal requirements
  • Responsible for the timely submission of all monthly and annually reporting to PCEE

Competencies

• Manage Financial & Mobility Services activities in line with existing PFS Group standards
• Manage Financial & Mobility Services activities in line with agreed profitability / cost center targets
• Supervise direct reports (if applicable) and instruct indirect reports in projects

Responsibilities

• Responsible for budget of Financial & Mobility Services cost center
• Responsible for managing local projects with consideration of PFS Group standards

Qualifications

QualificationsQualifications

• Business degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years finance industry experience with a concentration in sales/business development and captive finance operations (credit, collections, customer service, remarketing, and dealer finance)
• Local working experience in region preferred
• Ability to effectively work with importer personnel, dealers, and outside vendors/service providers
• Commitment to excellence – quality driven
• Proven effectiveness in selling ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language; additional skills in PCEE relevant languages are beneficial
• Computer proficient with MS Office applications required
• Ability to develop and articulate an operational strategy for the dealer network
• Ability to effectively negotiate or mediate difficult situations
• Proven project management skills
• Must have in-depth Porsche product and strategy knowledge
